Picnic @ the Lake

Please join us as we Windup Summer together out at the Lake.

Many activites will be available. Swimming, Water sports, Beach games, Wide games, Mini golf....and so much more.

We will be providing Hamburgers and Hot Dog's and ask that everyone bring a Side or Dessert to share (Fridge is available).

$7 per person or $25 per family max.

We will wind up the night with a campfire sing-a-long.

Please bring Swimwear, towels, beach toys, lawn chairs if you wish to participate in such activities.

There is also a Tuck Shop on site that has affordable ice cream and snacks. Bring cash for this.

IN CONSIDERATION of being permitted to participate in any way at Rosewood's Picnic@ the Lake being held at Arlington Beach Camp and Conference Center (ABCCC). I acknowledge, understand, and agree: 1. Participation in activities (Archery, Mountain biking, water sports, outdoor games, high ropes, etc.) could result in possible personal injury. Despite precautions taken by ABCCC, accidents and injuries may occur. By signing this form, I assume all risks related to the use of any and all spaces used by ABCCC. 2. To release from responsibility, RPAC and ABCCC, including all staff, full-time and part-time, paid or volunteer, and the facilities used from any cause of action, claims, or demands now, and in the future that might arise out of the participants participation in activities at ABCCC or from physical risks associated with the activities. 3. I accept all risks related to such activities, including personal injury such as cuts, sprains, scrapes, bruises, fractures, broken bones, concussions, death, or any personal property damage/loss, which may occur on the camp premises. I understand these risks and will not hold RPAC or ABCCC liable for any such injury. 4. Furthermore, I agree to obey all RPAC and ABCCC rules and take responsibility for my behaviour in addition to any damage I may cause to the facilities utilized by ABCCC. I have read this Informed Consent and Assumption of Risk Agreement, fully understand its terms and the risks I am assuming by signing it, and sign it freely and voluntarily. For participants of minority age This is to certify that I, as parent/guardian with legal responsibility for this participant, have read this Informed Consent and Assumption of Risk Agreement, fully understand its terms, and that I have given up substantial rights by signing it, sign it freely and voluntarily.
